Dylan came up in a surfing family on the North Shore of Oahu and was raised on old values of humility and respect. Growing up in this wave-rich region provided opportunities he may not have had elsewhere, and by age nine, Dylan was turning heads with his powerful style, earning multiple NSSA wins at Sunset Beach in the following years. An active waterman, Dylan is into spearfishing and diving when the waves go flat, or training sessions with coach Kahea, and he works closely with his shaper, honing his designs like a true professional. Dylan expresses that he's stoked to ride for RVCA because "The team is like one huge family always pushing one another to do better!"
